This Diamond Dress has been created as primarily one length of fabric that folds simply and joins, to flow over the body with ease. The fit is relaxed and elegant, it can be worn on multiple occasions: an everyday blouse over jeans, a summer dress, an elegant light layer, or dress it up for cocktails. The pattern has been tested with viscose georgette, which provides the perfect weight and drape for this very versatile style. New to sewing? The Diamond Dress Pattern PDF has been drafted in full-size and can be printed as large format: as 2 x A0 sheets; or tiled as 36 x A4 sheets. Owing to the sheer brilliance and simplicity of this designer dress, we have also provided a "Dimension Drawing" along with a "Sectional Detail PDF" that provides you with the option to hand draft the pattern in full scale on your own paper. And it comes with a scaled down A3 version (Origami Practice) that provides a tactile opportunity to visualise the Origami folds within a 3-dimensional maquette to assist you as you cut & sew your own Diamond Dress.
